All our processes are aligned with the ITIL SAM Best Practice guide and the ISO standard. Regular reviews will make sure that they remain effective.

Software Compliancy: If you have been contacted by a vendor or a regulatory body such as FAST or the BSA, EasySAM can provide you with a statement of compliancy, or a GAP Analysis if you are not compliant. In advance of a visit from the publisher or enforcement agency, you can then 'put your house in order'.
