SiteAudit version 2.0 is the industry’s first fleet management tool to track both printer and user data without agents, allowing organizations to completely assess and manage the printing environment.
With its agent-less architecture, SiteAudit requires no client software, making it easy to deploy and maintain. SiteAudit 2.0 includes a new Jobs Analysis view, which tracks user printed pages, the applications and documents used, when jobs were printed and to what printer—the Who, What and When of user printer management. It provides all the printer data, analytics, notification and reports for organizations to control costs, support help desk operations and improve printer service.
In addition, the new version of SiteAudit includes a Host Analysis view, which tracks print queue name, port addresses, queue use, driver name and driver version to enhance queue and driver management. SiteAudit 2.0 also extends downtime tracking, integrates with BMC Remedy Service Desk, and includes a Hardware Device Inventory Report that provides a quick inventory of PCs, servers and other hardware devices.
