Centennial License Manager 2.1 Now Shipping
Centennial Software are pleased to announce the launch of License Manager 2.1, the latest iteration of the SAM and license management solution from Centennial Software, which is now shipping.
License Manager 2.1 includes a number of enhancements designed to help you manage all types of desktop software licensing and ensure your organization stays in control of compliance and spending.
License Manager 2.1 features include:
• Enhanced support for ‘Version Maintenance’ licensing schemes such as Microsoft Software Assurance
• Notional license allocation to 'Operational Units'
• Singe-screen vendor compliance reports
• Excel exports for software and license usage reports
As part of the License Manager 2.1 development plan, we have also significantly enhanced the unique online software database to support more software vendors and titles.

For prospects that have not yet purchased License Manager or SAM.Suite (the combined bundle of Centennial Discovery and License Manager), the new version presents the most compelling reason yet to make a start in SAM. Out of the box, SAM.Suite delivers more benefit and helps organizations get started with the minimum of manual overhead.
Existing Customer Benefits
For existing SAM.Suite customers, upgrading to License Manager 2.1 means better software recognition, more flexibility in licensing conditions and faster compliance reporting. All good reasons to take advantage of the latest software!
Existing customers with a current support and maintenance contract will be able to upgrade to License Manager 2.1 by downloading the file from the myCentennial support site from FRIDAY 14th MARCH.
